  • Progressing in a hypertrophy focused block

    Hi, I dont know if you guys think it is useful to have blocks of training focused primarily on hypertophy (if maximal strength is the goal at the end) but assuming that we do a block of that nature, how would we progress on it?

    Adding weights just to keep RPEs in check and pushing limits of volume by adding sets? I guessed that this would be the way because volume is the primary driver of hypertrophy? Thanks.

    I would add weight when you're able to and keep volume the same throughout the majority of the block. Our templates reflect this approach
