  • Myo-reps on a Strength Template

    Hello,
    Would there be any significant downside to adjusting the programming for exercise 3 on a given day of a four day Strength template (II, III or soon IV) to myo-reps? If no, would it be appropriate for pressing, squats and DLs? Would it be appropriate in all three phases or better suited prior to the sports form block?

    It's less useful for strength development, but if you're faced with the alternative of not doing the third movement due to time constraints, it'd be better than nothing. I wouldn't put it into a strength block on purpose though.
