I just ran the bridge v1 for my post covid comeback, going forward to the bridge v3.0 for my next 8 weeks! I really enjoyed the tempo squat, and was wondering if it might be a good idea to do another tempo squat instead of the 10rep highbar? I dont have a belt squat machine and i do not like the legpress.. My goal is increased 1RM, and i feel the benefit from squatting 3 times a week!
