  • Titan1 or not?!

    Dear BBM.

    So i want to start doing your crossfit-program (titan1) but my weightlifting is little bit rust. And there is lots of power clean and snatch in titan. How should i start? Just keep weight
    light or change power movements to below the knee and on the knee like 3 different position lifts.?!

    If you're already comfortable with the general movements but just need practice, starting out with lighter weights should be fine.

    If you struggle with the technical execution of the movements at any weight, then using a training/skill progression would be reasonable.
