Rogue Echo Bike for LISS Cardio

The echo bike (or any other exercise bike) would be fine for LISS, though you could also use a traditional bike as well.

In various posts, you have both spoken highly of the Rogue Echo Bike. Would you suggest this bike to complete the LISS cardio that's specified in your latest programs, or would this bike only be productive for HIIT?
