    Hello, I've a question about GPP - Is it okay to have it twice per week without much of a structure? (Im a powerlifter training 4 times per week)
    The way I intend to do it is probably ride my bike in a LISS fashion (There's a nice place in my town for that so yay!) and practice some OLY lifts by going in there and doing a bunch of them without much of a plan. (Within reason)

    Does it need to be a little bit more strict? I've never done GPP outside of occasional bike rides and all my other training is a bit more pre planned.

    For health, that's totally fine. I would aim to be active most days, if possible.
