I was wondering what your thoughts were regarding the Deadlift variants for Powerbuilding I. I'm currently about to begin week 6 and noticed SLDL is on the bat instead of RDL. I currently Sumo for my Deadlift with Belt portion but had done RDL's conventionally or normally. Should I keep this same set up and straight leg dead lift conventionally as well? Or should I try a Sumo SLDL motion?
