Hi,
When I low bar squat, my knees come forward throughout the whole motion, from the top to depth. I’m 6ft3 and have long limbs so it’s really hard to keep them back like I’ve been told to do. Is this a problem?
I’m bent over sufficiently, balanced over my mid-foot, and simply just squatting down and back up.
