  • Dumbbell Selection for At Home Template?

    Dear Dr. Feigenbaum and Dr. Baraki,

    What would be a reasonable range of dumbbell weights for someone with the following e1RMs to use for the Minimal Equipment version of the At Home Template, provided they are running the program with the default exercises? I tried the No Equipment version, but could not stay compliant because I found the calisthenics boring

    e1RM:
    High Bar Back Squat: 150kg
    Deadlift: 180kg
    2ct Bench (the last program I was on was the Titan template): 105kg
    Standing Press: 75kg

    A loadable set of dumbbells would be cool, otherwise I think you could get by with 20-25's and 40-45's if I had to just pick two pairs.
