  • My progress from following BBM programming:)

This isn’t a question, so I’m not sure if this is allowed, but I just wanted to share how much Jordan and the rest of the BBM have improved not only my physical, but also mental health. The photo attached shows the changes I have made to my body over the last 2 years (from 16 to 18 years old), I exclusively followed BBM programming (have run Powerbuilding II, at home x2, strength I and am nearing the end of hypertrophy I). I was completely consistent and did all the prescribed work + some extra arm and side/rear felt work while following these programs. Whenever I needed any help I always came to this forum or Jordan’s livestreams and my question would be answered promptly, no matter how stupid or repetitive it was haha

My body dysmorphia has almost completely gone away and I love everything about me now, even my flaws.

Immersing myself in all your content has deepened my interest in medicine so much so that I decided to apply to med school and have got a place to start studying next year!

From the bottom of my heart, barbell medicine, thank you for changing my life❤️

I’ve already been accepted to study at Newcastle university here in the UK! I actually went into quite a bit of detail on what I had learned about sarcopenia from BBM during my interview. Perhaps that helped me land the place
