    Hi BBM team,

    I’m about to start the Beginner Prescription/Beginner Template and was wondering how many minutes do you recommend resting between sets?

    Thank you and looking forward towards starting the program!

    Great to hear you'll be starting that! In the Beginner's Template, on each weekly log page, there are rest ranges noted for each movement. It varies a bit from 3-5 min and 2-3 mins, depending on the movement and place in the program.
