Do I pause the supplemental bench days?

I do 1 count pauses for comp bench. Wondering if I should corporate pauses for the other bench days.

If you are a competitive lifter, there's an argument to be made for improving your skill with more paused work, particularly when close to competition. If you're further away from a meet, it also matters less.

If not, it's entirely up to you and your preferences.
