Hello, I've recently switched from doing a classic LP to the beginner template, and am enjoying it so far. My question here is regarding the cardio; I would like to do more, but I'm not sure if I may end up doing "too much", whatever that might mean. Currently prescribed is 30 minutes of steady state cardio 2x per week, but I would like to perhaps run 4x per week, and for slightly longer, maybe 45 minutes.
My main motivator for training is that it's fun and/or makes me feel great. With that said, I would like to get stronger and eventually get jacked. I don't really have any solid goal for running currently, I'd just like to do a lot more because I enjoy it, so my priority is resistance training. Will the extra cardio kill my gainz? (i.e. is more cardio appropriate given my training goals?)
