    All of the priority lifts, but I don't think your bench press is specifically stalled right now either.

    Once you stop progressing on any of the main lifts, I would just move onto the next phase of training., I don't think your technique is holding you back from months of continued progress, though it will likely improve as you become more and more trained.

    Stalling?

    I am currently doing the beginner template and on week 4.7 with my third time going around for it happening next Monday. My current numbers are this:
    Backsquat: 225
    Bench Press: 150
    Trap bar deadlift: 300
    Overhead Press: 100.
    I noticed that I have been progressing faster on my deadlifts and pretty well on my squats too. Deadlift and squat still feel like I can progress in them with no problems. The overhead press feels like I got maybe 1-2 more jumps left with my bench the lift in question. I am not sure if I am truly being stalled at 150 or need to reevaluate my form on the lift. If that is so then should I move to phase 2?
