  • Beginner Template Phase 3

    Hey, just quick questions about the new updated temaplates, we are doing the old beginner template phase 3 right now , we are on week 10 only. Should we swtich to the updated template on week 11 or should just continue?

    If you're on week 2 of Phase III, I'd switch to the new programming now using the same exercises you've been using already. If you're 10 weeks into Phase III, I'd just keep doing what you're doing.
