Barbell Rows off of a GHR
Lat Pull Down
Seated Row
T-bar row
1-arm DB row
chins and pull ups
I'm doing mostly lat pull downs and seated rows to save myself any low back or elbow fatigue unrelated to the big 3.Barbell Medicine "With you from bench to bedside"
