    Hi, I am having a very productive run on the bodybuilding template. I just wrapped up block 2 and am starting block 3.

    Can I carry over 1 biceps exercise from block 2 into 3? The reason I want to do so is because I find it hard to select bicep exercises that are fun and productive - this one is still giving me a great pump and I am slowly improving week to week on it. Or would you advise against it since it may get stale or unproductive in the middle of the block?
