In the process of moving house and have general stress from work.
I'm currently on week 3 of the Low Fatigue Template using the Low ISF 3 Day with competition movements on all 3 days. I'm feeling really beat up. Should I reduce the volume, keep going with the program as written(as long as I use the prescribed RPE) or do something else?
