Also note that these are extremely minor considerations, none of which are going to make or break your training over the long-term.

Read the program wrong and did 3 extra back downs
I'm on week 5 of PLII and misread the backdowns of touch and go bench. I did 5 sets of 5 for my back downs rather than capping it at 2 like the program states. I ended up doing only 2 sets of my incline variation to hopefully make up for it. Should I make any adjustments to my 2 count pause bench tomorrow?Tags: None
