  • The importance of where to put my lifts?

    Saturday I’ll be starting my second week of my volume block of block periodization program. Did a 10 week cycle recently and loved it , got a pr on everything. So decided to stick with it , anyways I’m just trying to tweek and refine everything. My first question relates to my second bench day,

    on this day I’m doing incline bench, it’s when I do my lighter pause bench work, however it also is when I do my heavy overhead presses ( typically 5x5) so my question is, because the ohp is heavier should I start with that. Or should I start with my bench work because that’s the more important lift .

    Whatever the priority of the workout is, place that before the stuff that's not prioritized.
