I started the year with a b/w of 198lb but a waist of 40.5" so I decided to take care of that ASAP and cut. I am currently sitting at 191ish with waist down to 38.8" so things are going in the right direction. I recieved a BBM template bundle off a friend and basically haven't looked back. So far I have ran The Bridge 3.0, and currently into week 3 of HLM. I plan on getting waist to 37.5" then switch calories back to maintenance and run through the 12 Week Strength. The extra conditioning/GPP days have been a massive help with this fat loss and I am feeling great. After 12 Week Strength I am stumped as thats all my programming I have for now so I'm thinking maybe purchasing Powerbuilding. I am wondering what you would recommend doing and if PB is a good shout.
