Thanks Jordan--just to clarify, moving 1 of the cardio sessions to my 1 off day a week then (active most days) and then moving 1 cardio session to after a lifting session would be a reasonable course of action?

I would prefer if you were active most days over doing 2+ conditioning sessions on the same day. I would prefer some days to have less activity rather than have each day be the same and other days completely off. I would do the conditioning after a workout or on their own days.

    Medium ISF and cardio balance

I noticed cardio activities jump to 3x a week in the Medium ISF template and then 4x a week in a couple of weeks. So looking for slots to do them. My primary activity is limited to 12K steps a day (walks in the morning) and running this template.

Looking at the time workouts take it looks like doubling up on the GPP days is the way to go--they'd still be ~ an hour if I did a LISS and a HIIT session on a day, or to use my off day for one and split the difference on another 2 days.

Basically it feels imbalanced to work out < 30 minutes one day and then 2 hours the next and my preference would be to spread it out. Any recommendations/suggestions?
