Hello,
Interested in why The Bridge sets up the lift order the way it does for pressing.
Overhead Press and Bench Press are recommended as the main vertical and horizontal pushes, respectively. No surprise there. And then the supplemental pushes are both default recommended as horizontal pushing movements, while the accessory pushes are both default recommended as vertical pushing movements.
What caught my eye is that when the main vertical push is done, the accessory vertical pushing movement is completed directly after, while the supplemental horizontal pushing movement is done on a separate day than the main horizontal movement.
From a fatigue management perspective, I would have guessed it would be better to have the other way it around (switch the places of the secondary vertical and horizontal pushing movements).
Really curious about this. Thank you!
