  • Does the benefit of myo-reps wane over time?

Myo-reps seem to be a great technique when time for training is limited. My understanding is that myo-reps may help with hypertrophy but no as much with strength.

Is there a point at which the benefit of myo-reps (on either hypertrophy or strength) wanes? In other words, can I just go on doing myo-reps with either the main lifts or accessory lifts indefinitely? Or is it better to limit them to a certain number of sessions or weeks and then do something else?

    Thanks.

For most, there's likely some carry for strength endurance and stamina at the very least. I don't think you can do anything indefinitely programming-wise, including myoreps.
