  • Extending 3/4-Day Split Programs to 6 Days

    Hi Coaches,

    My question would be if it's possible to shift the exercises let's say for any of the 4-day split programs to 6 days without any drawbacks? An example being hypertrophy 2
    What I had in mind would be something like this but I don't know since I have never done this before but I'm interested in trying it for as long as it doesn't have affect the benefits
    of the original program:
    Day 1
    High Bar Squat w/belt
    High Incline DB Bench Press

    Day 2
    Standing OHP
    Flat DB Bench Press

    Day 3
    Sumo Deadlift w/belt
    Split-squats

    Day 4
    Barbell TnG
    Barbell Shrugs

    Day 5
    Front Squat
    High Incline DB Bench Press

    Day 6
    RDL
    Close Grip Bench

    That would be fine. It's mostly personal preference IMO.
