I'd probably do HLM or Bridge 2.0 next.
I do think that in order to fully develop oneself physically, they need to periodically be exposed to higher intensity training (e.g. the last 4 weeks of the 12 week template).

Developmental training and performance realization
I'm finishing up the the last week on Bridge 1.0, with great success under the bar, but even better I feel like I have LEARNED things which is even cooler!
I'm looking at the fall templates I purchased for what I'll do next. I only have 3x per week to train, so Bridge 2.0, HLM, and 12-week (with the 3x/week modification) options all scream "next".
First, for someone who has a fairly equal strength and hypertrophy objective, which of these stand out to you?
Secondly, do you think the last 4 weeks of the 12-week program (or any program ending with a realization block), which ramps toward demonstrating PR's, has a developmental advantage for someone with my focus, as opposed to a typical 8-week program like the HLM where you just jump right back into developmental phase if repeated? I ask b/c for now I'm pretty happy tracking e1RM and seeing that go up (particularly on the [email protected] set), and don't really fell the need do [email protected] or [email protected] since I have no competitive aspirations.
