    Still on LP my OHP is going great. Question is should you stick to one type of press, or is it okay to switch between them during sets and even possibly repeitions. I find alot of hip drive seems to tire me on earlier sets, as when I keep it strict, I seem to power through rather efficient... but hip drive ( 2.0) does help me through rough reps.. later in the set. Guidelines for specific meets don't really matter either so aside from that being a reason to keep it to one type of press, are there any others?

    As long as the knees are staying locked out, either way is fine.
