  • The best way to measure progress

I’m down 4 notches on my large size Rogue leather belt. If this keeps up I’ll have to buy a new one soon. Not a bad problem to have

Nice work! I'd buy a leather punch before buying a new belt.

About 60-70 days. Just before discovering BBM, I ran the Texas Method for 11 weeks at 1800-2100 calories per day. I didn’t really track macros aside from protein. My lifts all went up and I lost 9lbs but I couldn’t finish week 12 of the program. I was fried. I did a deload week, transitioned to the Bridge, and began tracking macros as laid out by To Be A Beast. I’m feeling great and lost that fourth notch you see above.

Thanks, man! I'm on The Bridge now and it's going great! I've never used it before, but RPE is a really effective training tool.

Great work! I have a similar experience though slightly slower.

Nice work dude, my weight loss typically results in only one notch smaller .
