    IIRC condensing the 4-day into 3 days left me exhausted by the start of the 4th lift, and quite often I would have to miss entire lifts due to time constraints. YMMV but I definitely preferred keeping it to the prescribed 4 days/wk as it seems more "optimal." I also didn't like having to do similar variations in the same training day.

    There’s a second in the Excel that explains the 3 day per week split pretty well. It’s 4 days a week until week 8 then it’s 3 days per week.

    Hi all, I plan on purchasing the 12wk strength template in the near future, but would like to know if anyone has ran the program as a 3 days/week instead of the prescribed 4 days/week. How has it affected your recovery and such? Thanks!
