So i watched this video a while back on how to set up by Chris duffin i always felt that i could lift the bar easier off the floor this way i felt way more tension but the thing is while wedging i would always feel my back round as im trying to get my hips closer to the bar

so i went back to the ss set up but its as if i cant lift nearly as heavy with it i feel it makes me really fight the weight

so my question is is the ss 5 setp deadlift suitable for people who deadlift 400 + lbs ?

And how can i make it better ?

How to pull more slack and create more tension any help would be appreciated guys and girls
