Apropos of nothing really, but I just cant stop being impressed with the seeming ease the big guy hefts 200 + kilos overhead. So much so I went out to the garage and loaded 220 on the bar in the rack just to get the feel for it in my hands.
Could have got 225 I reckon. Amazing..
