Can't open Hypertrophy template in Google Sheets

I downloaded the Hypertrophy template, and it opens fine in Excel. I uploaded it to Google Drive, then tried to open it with Google Sheets, but I keep getting an error that the file is too large. It's 1MB... anyone else have this problem?

In the program section there's a row that's propagated to infinity, making that tab too big for google sheets. Edit it in excel or another spreadsheet program.

Edit: I think it's either 32 or 33.

The Bonus arm work cells are the culprits on the Hypertrophy sheet.
