    The most frustrating line: "...the topic of physical activity was rarely discussed by their physician." Whyyyyyy!?

    MSU and University of Michigan researchers asked 295 patients receiving treatment at a mental health clinic whether they wanted to be more physically active and if exercise helped improve their mood and anxiety. They also asked if patients wanted their therapist to help them become more active.

      I plan on posting a more in-depth review of my own anecdotal experience but in short; I attribute 100% of my recovery from panic attacks and depression to strength training.

        Looking forward to reading this review. I think strength training is a great tool for treating depression & anxiety, it's helped me greatly too.
