Has anyone perchance written out the Bridge v2 in an expanded format that they might be willing to share with me? For example, a list of the exercises, sets, and reps, for each of the three lifting days in each week?
I can see that it's possible, I can see what needs to be done, but I'm fairly visually impaired from a LASIK procedure that went bad, and the spreadsheet text is quite difficult for me to read and translate into a set and rep scheme for each week's workout. I just thought I'd ask in case someone has already done this and doesn't mind sharing. I'd be happy to email my BB Medicine receipt to prove I actually bought it.
