I am currently running the 12 week Strength Template and finding my mixed grip for DL’s and pulls is trailing behind the potential gainzZz. My hands get pretty sweaty so even trying hook grip hasn’t helped. The commercial gym I train at doesn’t allow chalk, is there a less messy alternative that you recommend? I’ve been looking at different liquid chalks, but not sure what’s gimmick and what might help.
