Some context I'm 6'3 @ 190lbs waist 36.5" currently on a build plan eating ~3500, gaining about 2 lbs per month. My Goal is to end around 210 lbs and have 33-34" waist. Is this an optimal rate to continue my journey on keep doing what I'm doing OR decrease calories closer to maintenance at 3250 so my waist size is what I want to be when I reach 210?
