I did a pain and rehab consult with Dr. Ray about three years ago. His programming modifications, education, and encouragement helped me work through a low back injury that was giving me trouble for months. That was extremely valuable in itself, but without question the most valuable thing I got out of it was the knowledge and confidence to be self sufficient in managing the rehab process with future aches, pains, and injuries. Money well spent, IMO.
