  • Heredity and Insomnia

Do you have family members who struggle with insomnia? Do your parents also have it? Your siblings? Is insomnia something you grew up talking about in your family?

I’m sorry your mother suffered. The side effects of insomnia are frightening. Dementia is definitely something I worry about. I wrote a whole article about it!

There are many reasons for insomnia, and it may be due to anxiety, depression, or obstructive sleep apnea. Better to consult a doctor. My mother also faces the same situation, but sleep apnea is confirmed. Highly snoring is one of the symptoms of apnea. Sowe does the CPAP therapy for better sleep, and now she can sleep with the help of a nasal mask with pillows. Because insomnia is a serious condition, sleep is the best medicine for any condition.
