Why dont you just do 1 and then 2 as usual?

Sounds very interesting. I’m not sure if I should go straight from 1 to 2 or try another template between. Possibly a HT template to add a little more mass. Not too bothered with arm work but some tricep work could help my pressing.

The Bridge 2.0 has heavy singles throughout, some different variations, and some direct arm work.

    The Bridge 1.0 vs. 2.0

I finished NLP 3 months ago and have since followed a modified Andy Baker H/L 4-day split. I plan to start running The Bridge soon. Which one should I choose? Is 2.0 an updated version of 1.0, and thus the preferred template, or would it typically be preferable to initially run 1.0 and later run 2.0?
