12 Week Templates: Which Days?

Hey Everyone!

Please forgive such a basic question, but I have searched around the spreadsheet and forum and cannot find the answer: when are the off days for the 12-week programs?

Assuming Monday is Day 1, is this a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday deal like a lot of the 4-day SS programs? If so, would GPP be best for Wednesday/Saturday then?

Yup, you are correct. BBM generally suggests a M/T/Th/F schedule, with gpp done on off days.

Optimal setup would be lifting M/T/Th/F with GPP on Wed and Saturday. On the later weeks when it gets to 3 days, it's setup as M/T/F as opposed to the usual M/W/F. However, there is some flexibility here. If you have to juggle your off day around to a different day of the week it won't kill you. The real important thing is just getting the total work done for the week.
