I'm on week 7 of the HLM template and I want to start thinking about the next block of training. 44year old male, 6'4" 240lbs with no current ambitions to lift competitively, just want to get stronger. Current lifts are as follows and are all 1 rep @RPE 8/9:
Squat: 375lbs
OHP: 185lbs
Bench: 280lbs
Deadlift: 430lbs
Can I run the HLM again? Is there another template that you would recommend where I can alternate between HLM and the other template for a long period of time?
