  • Transitioning from Bridge 1.0 to 3.0

    First, I would like to say a big thank you to Jordan, Austin and the whole crew for providing so much useful and easily digestible information for free. I am in week 7 of my Bridge 1.0 and happy with the results. I decided that I don't want to milk BBM for any more free stuff and instead of rerunning the original program, I bought the newest version.

    Now to the question - Bridge 1.0 ends with a Low Stress week while Bridge 3.0 starts with what I believe is also a Low Stress week. So far I have been handling the volume and loads prescribed by the program well and don't feel overtrained. I was wondering if I can skip one of the Low Stress weeks and if so, which one - W8 of 1.0 or W1 of 3.0?

    Yes, you can skip one - and it doesn't matter which.
