    Hey all,
    i have 2 weeks left on the bridge, and am trying to stay ahead of the curve for programming next. I’d like to lean up a bit so I’m thinking about running the 7 week GPP hypertrophy template. I’m wondering what has been others experiences switching up from strength training programming to hypertrophy work and back to strength training. How were your numbers affected (effected??)?
