  • Adding 4th day to Strength I

    Purchased Strength I awhile ago and enjoyed but have switched to 4-days with my current hypertrophy template. After hypertrophy, I want to run Strength I again but with a 4th day and don't have the money for strength II. Anyway, any opinions/comments would be great, as I plan on doing my own programming soon.

    Day 4:

    High bar or SSB

    [email protected]
    [email protected]

    DB Incline Bench
    [email protected]
    [email protected]
    [email protected]

    Lever Row
    [email protected]
    [email protected]
    [email protected]

    Would add sets, mirrored to exercise 3 from day 2 and 3 for High bar and DB Incline. Using day 2 exercise 2 reps/rpe for rows.

    just do strength II then. its a four day scheme i believe

      Your plan there is a good one; I'd be inclined to do some sort of deadlift variation (RDL/SLDL) instead of the squats on alternating weeks.
