First one is about pressing. I work out in my basement and the ceiling isn't high enough to OHP with 45s on the bar. Is there any real difference in pressing seated vs standing? I can load more smaller weights to stand if there is. Just curious.
The second question is about Powerbuilding 1 template. Can it be done with a basic setup? (rack, bar, plates, bench, dumbells) Do any of the templates require machines? An equipment list with the template descriptions would be great.
