  • Programming question for general strength.

    Sorrry if this has been posted already. I understand BBM has powerlifting program but from my understanding they have one general strength program. So my question is if I’m not interested in peaking for a meet how would I continue to self program after General strength program? I know you like to have a volume block followed by a intensity block but would I rinse wash and repeat with the same template maybe different exercises? Thanks.
