    HI, BBM. I recently purchased the Low Fatigue Strenght Template. I was wondering how can I incorporate chin ups as a main movement, what recommendations do you have? I am fairly good at chin ups, I can do 1 rep @8 with 40 kg (90lbs). BW: 73 kg (160 lbs) I have been doing chin ups 3x/wk a total of 15 sets/wk.

    You cant, at least as far as I can see you cant edit. You'll just have to call chin ups conventional, sumo or trap bar dead lifts.
