Just started the program and day 1 was pretty straight forward. However, I'm looking ahead to day 2 for tomorrow, and I'm unclear on how the number of work sets is intended to be read. Here's what I mean:
If you look at day 2, it reads:
2 ct paused squat 4 reps @ 7, 4 reps @ 8, 4 reps @ 9 x 1 set
Press w/ belt 5 reps @ 6, 5 reps @ 7, 5 reps @ 8 x 1 set
So far so good. Adding more weight to the bar for each set. A total of 3 work sets for both the squat and the press. But the last movement is what confuses me...
Barbell Rows 8 reps @ 6, 8 reps @ 7, 8 reps @ 8 x 2 sets
Does the "x 2 sets" refer to just the last one (8 reps @ 8), i.e. 4 TOTAL work sets, two of which are at RPE8? Or does the "x 2 sets" refer to all 3, i.e. 6 total work sets (2 at RPE6, 2 at RPE7, and 2 at RPE8)?
