Is there an article or resource you could point me in the direction of for understanding what the fatigue numbers mean on the template (I'm currently working with the hypertrophy template)? The data is great but I'm really not certain how to interpret or use it correctly. I don't want to just "google" it and possibly get misinformation not backed by the BBM coaches.
