    Hi there could you please let me know if this form is okay? Think I need to drop the weight as it seems very jerky. Thanks

    You back is not flat. Start as though you were about to do a deadlift with your lumbar in full extension and your chest out. Reasons being that you will get a better contraction in your lats and it is probably a bit safer on your lumbar.
    The weight seems too heavy as well. The leg pop/drive is good. Maybe cut back to 60kgs-65kgs (the blue plates plus a little) and work your way up.

          Thanks all - from Alan's video he does say form doesn't have to be super strict but from comments I can see I need to drop the weight so will do that. Appreciate the help
